CPR/First Aide Training Class
On September 16th the Douglas County Tax Commissioner’s Office was closed for a CPR/ First Aid/AED Training. This was a day long training requested by Tax Commissioner Baker to make sure that in the event of an unexpected emergency the team will be able to assist a citizen while in the office or even when out of the office building. A total of 30 employees received a certificate of completion.
First Quarterly Tag Metro Meetiing
Douglas County Tax Commissioner Greg Baker hosted his First Quarterly Tag Metro Meeting in Douglas County on October 4th , 2022. These meetings are hosted quarterly with the support and assistance of the Dept of Revenue to get resolutions to some of the questions and concerns that the citizens come into the tag office inquiring about. Some of the counties that attended were: Gwinnett, Hall, Cobb, Fulton, Henry, Dekalb, Clayton and Newton.
